Immigration

International students studying at Lytton Street School must have the necessary immigration visa to study in New Zealand.

Students who study for less than 3 months may study on a Visitor Visa.

Students studying for more than 3 months at Lytton Street School must have an offer of place from the school to apply for a Student Visa. Students under the age of 10 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

A parent or legal guardian accompanying their child who is studying at Lytton Street School on a student visa may apply for a Guardian Visa to live and care for their child.

Insurance

Health and travel insurance is compulsory for all international students studying in New Zealand. All international students studying at Lytton Street School must have appropriate Code compliant insurance.

Lytton Street School will arrange health and travel insurance and the cost will be included in the student’s Offer of Place and fees.

If the parent wishes to provide their own health and travel insurance then the policy details (in English) must accompany the student’s application for assessment. If the insurance policy is not Code compliant then Lytton Street School will arrange health and travel insurance on behalf the student the cost included in the fees to be paid.

All international students studying at Lytton Street School must have appropriate Code compliant insurance
